Meet Lon Kieffer PDF Print E-mail
First of all, it is not about Lon Kieffer. It is about YOU as an individual, your ORGANIZATION; and the unique abilities and talents you have chosen to share and provide to create an AWESOME and productive team.

But it is fair to ask,
"Who is Lon Kieffer?" And more importantly, "Why listen to him?"

"Who is Lon Kieffer?" And more importantly, "Why listen to him?" Lon is the President and Chief Talking Head of K&S Consulting Group, Inc., a transformational talent agency that focuses on training and recruiting talent utilizing "Topgrading" strategies in a Generation NOW environment of "just in time loyalty" helping organizations develop and manage an ETA plan.

What is an ETA plan? It is not an Estimated Time of Arrival, although, this reference is not completely misplaced. Today’s Generation’s X and Y are demonstrating a phenomenon known as "just in time loyalty" in that organizations that find a way to respond reflexively to the local and global markets in their search and seizure of talent are the ones that succeed in today’s marketplace. An ETA plan focuses on how to: "Entertain, Train and Attract" talent in a Generation NOW environment. K&S provides executive recruiting and training services to Fortune 500 companies (Honeywell and Acuity Brands Lighting) in addition to HealthCare concerns of any size (recent Statewide Organization and Association clients include: Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Missouri).

As the Chief Talking Head of K&S Consulting, Lon’s unique background in the trenches and boardrooms of HealthCare affords him an insightful perspective on the industry. His background as a former professional stand-up comedian has blessed him with the ability to communicate this perspective in an Inspiring, "EnterTraining" and Educational manner.

Lon, previously honored as the Administrator of the Year by the State of Delaware for his work in the healthcare industry has had a progressive 20-year career in health care management and consulting where he received a gubernatorial appointment to serve as the President of a Statewide Licensing Board and provide congressional and senatorial testimony on statewide and national healthcare legislative matters.

As a Cancer Survivor; Single father of two beautiful and well adjusted children (Stephen and Taylor, now in their late teens) and child of a wonderfully protective mother and eccentrically charming yet chronically afflicted Manic-Depressive father; Lon has developed insights and sensitivities that allow him to appeal to all audiences as he has walked-the-walk before he developed his talk.

Lon’s "elevator pitch" is that he is able to "EnterTrain" the masses as he nurtures individuals in the presence of large groups." Lon’s messages are entertaining and relevant on a big-picture organizational scale yet his underlying message of personal accountability and acceptance is so powerful that it can energize and transform individuals within these groups that are in particular need of receiving this message for the benefit of themselves and the organization they serve.

Lon’s unique "EnterTraining" humor-based style is provocative, stimulating and powerfully effective in all settings: Statewide Association Conferences and Awards Banquets; Employee Appreciation Events; small-group Seminars and Management Retreats.

His unique background offers his HealthCare clients: "Entertainment Quality: CEU Qualified" programs on Workplace Culture Change; Generational Conflicts and Organizational Dynamics.
