Well, the elevator pitch is rolling off my tongue easier and easier lately. As a refresher, it's: "Mood Therapy for the Masses by speaking to individuals within large groups." I change it around a little every time I say it. Partly so that it doesn't sound rehearsed, but mostly because I really believe in what I'm doing, and that makes it easy to speak about it with confidence.

Which brings me to what I'm really excited about this month-- the topic of my newest Keynote, "Live an AWESOME Life!" It's all about being true to who you really are, building rewarding and lasting relationships with the people around you both at work and at home, learning to think a new way about expectations, and well, living AWESOME-ly.
